It was my first time back at Michelle Louise in Balham after having spent some time working abroad and I’d almost forgotten what it feels like to have a haircut at a proper salon!
The stylist was great (as always) and the manager is always extremely friendly and polite. All the staff are in fact. A real professional outfit with a chilled and calming vibe. I would always recommend.
I cannot recommend enough! I've been going to both Michelle Louise salons for years and after trying many salons in London (including many more expensive salons) I can confidently say that the service, both hair and customer service, is amazing. I've been with Laura in Balham for a number of years and she not only gives me amazing colour and cut but made a huge difference in the condition of my hair - it honestly transformed with the in salon treatments and her at home guidance too. James is also fantastic and the whole team in both salons are friendly, so accommodating and it's always a lovely experience.
Have tried a few other salons in Balham and found I like Michelle Louise best. Staff are friendly and there’s always a lovely vibe amongst the staff too. Have been going regularly for 3 years and I’ve always been happy with my cut and colour. Thank you Michelle Louise team!
I have my hair done with Laura who is amazing, every 6 to 8 weeks.
They are very welcoming and look after me very well.

I have been going to Michelle Louise in Balham for years. James does my haircut and Natalia looks after the colour. Both are true artists: their creative flair and expertise are second to none. And more to the point: they listen to what I want and guide me to the perfect outcome! The atmosphere in the salon is great, staff are very friendly, and I always feel pampered and valued.
