Had a last minute haircut with Natalia, would definitely recommend. She was very efficient but didn’t rush, very knowledgeable and gave lots of recommendations for hair care beyond the salon. Natalia is really friendly and calm, and listened to what I wanted, giving advice/suggestion without disregarding my preferences. I will be back to Michelle Louise (all staff I encountered were lovely) and hopefully to Natalia.

Went to Michelle Louise in Balham for the first time today. I was instantly put at ease. The team were fantastic and really cared about ensuring I got the colour finish I was looking for, in fact they exceeded expectations. Francesca in particular was reassuring and kind. Can’t thank them enough and look forward to returning. I’d a half head with toner & a blow dry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
