I’m really disappointed with my haircut today. I asked for a small trim, but a significant amount was taken off — far more than I expected — and the result is much shorter and thinner than I wanted. Some of the layers are very short and wispy, which has left the style looking uneven and not at all what I asked for.
Additionally, there was no communication throughout the appointment, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or to clarify anything during the cut.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience I hoped for, and I won’t be returning.
My second time at this salon and I have had a great experience both times, I really recommend! My stylist was great too.
