Sam was lovely and considered everything I requested to make sure I was happy with my experience and my hair .
Sian was lovely also and very positive and upbeat despite another customer being quite unpleasant to her and unreasonable .
I loved it so much i made another appointment on the spot .

I had to wait around 10 minutes after my arrival, but its okay as it usually happens everywhere. The guy who did my hair was nice and polite but I thought he was not as confident as other hairdressers I met in past. The haircut was good and neat just as I asked, but the blow dry could have been better.
