Was happy with the result at first, but then realized that my hair was burnt (from the coloring). Called the salon to ask them to cut the burnt bits, which they did + gave me a hair product for free. I later discovered that some parts were still very damaged. Called to book another haircut and was told that the manager would call me back. It has been 2 months and I still haven't heard back! If it was my salon I would offer a refund (or to fix it) because, let's face it, they have ruined my hair!

Thomas was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He made sure the pressure and heat of the wash was good and during the cut he paid major attention to the smallest details making sure it was absolutely perfect. He was a great person to talk to and made sure I was never bored or uncomfortable.

Booked in for my partner for a men's cut whilst I had an eyebrow appointment. Staff where amazing as always, did an excellent job on both parts, and gave me some great advice of picking some hair products afterwards. Would highly recommend!
