Michael Franks Salon has a nice atmosphere, was clean and had very good hygiene practices in place. Felt comfortable for the entire time I visited.
Robert was great & gave me some good advice on caring for coloured hair and products I could use. I love my hair - thank you!

Showed a specific cut and didn’t get anything close to what I showed, devastated is an understatement I HATE my cut it’s way too short

I was really happy to find everyone wearing masks in the salon as I was feeling apprehensive about it. The cut was great, simple and quick (which is what I wanted). Leighton was professional and I left feeling happy. Also nice to get a cup of tea and head rub!
