A very average experience. Arrived on time but was not seated until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Coat wasn’t taken and wasn’t offered a drink. Rob was friendly and efficient, and worked quickly on my blow dry to make up time from running late on his previous client. The curls didn’t hold when I took my pins out later in the evening, which I suspect was a combination of my hair type and the speed with which Rob completed the blow dry. Would probably try somewhere else next time!

100% recommend Michael Franks L1! I had an excellent wash, cut and style by Leighton. The waves lasted all day and my hair feels so soft! Thanks again!

Leighton is always very professional and always listens to what i would like. I had a blow dry and it has stayed straight for days and until my next wash. My hair can be dry but it is silky soft and feels amazing. Fabulous shampoo and wash. Thanks again
