First time going to salon. Absolutely awful experience from the communication issues to get a decent shape and to the fact that ALL my acrylic was lifting off my nails literally the day after. Managed to go in store and got offered a free resolution to take off and do Dipping powder instead which was ok. No nobody apologies for the awful previous nail job and that i had to spend another day wasting time to go back instead the owner of the place was getting hungry and starting to shout to me because I was being specific again with MY nails Shape and thickness. (Lets not forget that is a nail salon so.. it should not be a problem to get some good nails as u are there for it ) but aaaaanyway.... In the end ended up again without what i truly asked for of course AGAIN. Wrong colour and had to reshape ALL the nails my self once back home. (The best is yet to come ) ... after 4 days 2 of my nails broke in half just doing nothing. (Mentioning also that is so hard to brake dipping powder nails.) Never went back to fix it as it would have been another disaster and waste of time. Instead i went to a GOOD salon in the area which fixed and asked me : - who dis this bad nails ? - 🤦🏻‍♀️ AN EXHAUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!! U don’t get what u ask for. Poor quality and clearly not good communication For a London salon this is so so so SOOO bad. AND my nails of course looked disgusting for that time being. Never again.

I didn't get the eyelashes I asked for and the quality of them is not the best as I have almost none left after 2 days
