Firstly, I want to say that the staff are all very lovely and sweet. The acrylic nails weren't great. I had quite short nails done and the stylist made then quite thick and the shapes were not the same. I asked her to file them thinner and straighten and she just flattened the top without proper reshaping. I was also under the dryer a long time and the paint still smudged.
The lashes were looked nice however my main issue was that the way she does then is extremely unhygenic. She would rest some of the lashes on my face instead of plucking it from the tub. Then when she was done, she just scrapped the extra ones back into the pot. So then the lashes she put on me might have been ones she had put on someone elses face before... I really really didnt like that. She should rest leave then in the pot or use a tray or even tissue. Putting them on like that could give people eye infections.
The shellac nail varnish chipped almost immediately (the next day) on my left thumb. Also, a few nails had indentations of them but that was really only noticeable to me. I think the issues I had were due to a faulty top coat as the technician mention this while applying the top coat layer and had to repeat the process several times.
This is the main reason why I didn’t give them a higher rating but the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
