Excellent and thorough deep tissue massage from Joanna. She really took time to understand individual needs and had a wealth of knowledge. She even went over on time just so she could do the best possible job. Would definitely come back.

I’ve had repeatedly sessions with Joanna, and she is great masseuse, professional and knowledgeable, passionate about her work, I have been having massages for a while from different therapists but glad to found her.

Joanna gave me an excellent massage. We focused on my back, neck and shoulders with some general deep tissue and some trigger point therapy, which I've not had before. This really helped to release the tension in that area and I felt much looser and pain-free in the days following. I would thoroughly recommend Joanna at Metta to anyone looking for a restorative and healing massage.

Joanna gives a great massage she finds the areas which need the most attention and works diligently on them leaving me feeling relaxed but also physically lighter and reduces the ailments which build up due to too much gardening and tennis. Joanna has saved me from injury on a number of occasions. I highly recommend her. See you soon Joanna.

A fantastic massage given by Joanna, very relaxing and the perfect pressure to get those knots out while not being painful. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning!
