I loved my first experience at Metamorph Haus. Chris did an amazing job on my hair. The balayage is gorgeous. He absolutely nailed the look I asked for. I was nervous as it was the first time I’d coloured my hair. He was very reassuring and friendly and I felt very safe in his hands.
Liam did an awesome curly blow, he is really talented too.
The whole team are super friendly and relaxed. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait for my next appointment already :)

The overall cut was fine, just very basic. I was 1 of 3 customers in the salon, yet I was seated next another customer. Social distancing was logically possible yet didn't happen. They have budgies in cages that were very vocal, obviously stessed. I asked if they ever get let out of their cages, the answer was no. The cages were on the floor, which should be kept at a height to replicate trees. The blow dry and finish left my hair super flat and dull. The stylist did not check the cut. :(
