I had booked this place through a recomendation! I was very pleased and awarded it 5 stars. I had a facial which was great my skin looks glowing, gellac nails which have lasted nearly 3 weeks and a massage which was fantastic! The treatments were of a recommended time which was a plesent suprise when i had extra therapy time! A great time here and have rebooked to take advantage of there half priced colour! 5* for everything
Friendly staff. However, massage ran 10 minutes late, and finished 10 minutes early. I had paid for a 60 minute massage and only got 40 minutes. I felt the room and weather that day did not warrant a thick duvet as cover and the room itself was quite warm and I was not as relaxed as I could be.

I had a very warm welcome. They offered me a nice coffee.
The place is very cosy.
Chris was very nice and friendly. She did a very good job, very carefully. She was very gently.

Unfortunatly the therapist was 40 minutes late - but the other staff did keep me informed and provided drinks.
When he got there he was quite flustered. He didn't ask me or give me a chance to take off my jewllery which meant he kept catching my necklace. The treatment was performed very well, though was 40 minutes instead of the expected 60.
