The staff were lovely and my hair looked nice at the end of my blow dry but it was such a painful experience! I have quite thick hair and instead of detangling it before blow drying they went straight in with a brush causing my head to be pulled back and hair to be ripped out. It's a shame because they were so nice but just so rough when it came to the treatment.
