Actually this review is for today... I have been coming here every two weeks since August for MDA ... I have also used the hair salon... I have left 5* reviews in the past. Today 16/10/17 I feel I had to post this immediately.... normally on arrival I am asked to wait and end up waiting 10-15 minutes each time. That's fine I understand how busy they are ... today unfortunately I was 8 minutes late. I was greeted with 'as you are 10 minutes late your facial will only be 20 minutes' then asked to take a seat? I was taken upstairs very quickly but I felt so undervalued as a regular customer, I understand they were fully booked however if they are so strict why have I always had to wait before??? What followed was the most tense uncomfortable facial of my life. I only stayed as I had pre payed. She the beautician started to try to talk to me about how my skin has been I explained how upset I felt and she said 'we are fully booked I can go and extra 5 minutes but no more' I said not to worry and said I will not be going back. What's worse is they ended up doing a little bit of extra time and when I left there was no one waiting!!!!!!! So if you are perfect and never ever have an off day then go ahead and book in here. But if like me once in a blue moon you have a bad day and might be a few minutes late maybe going elsewhere might be a good idea. I know I will not be going back ever again!

Been here a few times now and always very happy with the results. They spend a long time getting it perfect and know what they are talking about. Prices are incredible and they do student discount too.
