Everything was spot on. Excuse me for forgetting the name, but the Russian lady who did my colour transformed my hair, I've never left a salon so happy! Everyone was very accommodating ensuring I had enough coffee/magazines too. Thank you!

Worst wax I've ever had. I was left with wax still stuck to me, unfinished and badly brusied in a couple of places. Awful experience.
