Would have been nice to halve the full 1 hour treatment, but first 10 minutes the beautician was sitting chatting with colleagues at reception desk.. not getting room ready as I was told.

I went in for a microdermabrasion treatment and it being my first session I absolutely loved it and saw a satisfying improvement. The therapist was lovely and made me feel welcome as well. The mask and facial cremes were a great touch after the microderm and made my face feel relaxed and refreshed.

I use a wheelchair and when I arrived the door I usually use was locked. I was worried that I might not be able get the wheelchair past the reception desk inside the other door. But the staff wheeled the desk away so I was able to get in without any problem.
