I use a wheelchair, and the only problem was that when I arrived, the only member of staff was on the phone, so my assistant had to struggle to to get me over the through the threshold.

Lovely woman and great vibe in the salon but awful wax job there was a lot of hair left considering it was a Hollywood and lots of small patches of hair. Possibly should consider using hot wax rather than strip wax as less painful and more effective. Feel like she shouldn't have let me out of the room with an unfinished Hollywood. I am all bruised and it is very painful and I have been getting Hollywoods for years so very surprised.

Microdermabrasion could have lasted longer, and maybe something to covrr the eyes during the 10 min facial.

I have booked a deep tissue massage at this salon and I can only say that I am very disappointed.
I arrived at the beauty salon White House and I was taken after 15 minutes. I came soaking wet because of the rain. The treatment room was very cold , I have checked the radiator and was cold. I was asked to lay down without the beautician placing any protective tissue where I place my face down for the massage. She started the massage without not knowing what she is doing. She was not applying any pressure. I asked her if she did any massages recently and she told me that no, and she is just filling for her colleague and she does have a diploma but she is doing only nails. I told her that I can feel that she does not have any experience because she doesn’t not known what she is doing. I have been to deep tissue massages before and I can totally say that this was the biggest failure. My question is how can the salon take bookings and is waisting my time without offering the service that I have paid for? After 5 minutes in the treatment room I told her that this is not the tissue massage that I have booked for because she can’t deliver it and I walked off the treatment room. I'd say don’t book this salon for any massage if you want to avoid disappointment. The treatment room smells only at nail polish. I will never book again. 0 customer service!
