After having my nails done I realised theres no nail art on my nails. I paid for nail art online through treatwell. The lady who did my nails told me I should have told her in the beginning that I wanted nail art and she can’t redo it. I feel she should have mentioned the whole process of gel manicure clearly so this will not happen again. In the end, due to that I was in a rush , I just brushed it off. Not a good experience at all.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome! My treatment was a facial and microdermabrasion which was amazing, my skin felt incredible afterwards and still does almost a week on! The drink and biscuits on arrival were a great touch too. I'll be back for another treatment soon!
