Unfortunately had to wait half an hour for my appointment, and didn’t get an apology or reason until after 20 mins of me waiting, was offered drinks though and my beautician was lovely!

was very cold when I walked in winds horrible but was given a very nice and rich hot choalate and was aloud to finish it before I got my brows done. I was upgraded to like a women who costs 15 pound because mine was I'll and payed the 5.15 I would have otherwise payed. great!!!
