Really lovely salon, excellent and welcoming staff. I had a really nice consultation and felt like I was listened to which rarely happens anymore.
Only reason its 4 stars was due to the fact we couldn't achieve colour I wanted just yet because I required a patch test and further treatment but I wasn't advised on how to follow through or booking my next appointment or having a patch test so don't know what to do next to get to where I want my hair colour. Think this is simply because I was finished my someone else so didn't get to show finished colour but never mind. Other than this I'd highly recommend and I would really like to come again.
