The friendly staff greeted me and straight away asked if they could take my coat and shopping bags for me and whether I’d like a drink, which made me feel very relaxed and welcomed.
Kurtis was very knowledgeable in my consultation and patient with me while I took ages to make my decisions on my colour and cut. The lady who washed, cut and styled my hair was lovely to chat to (and I don’t normally enjoy chatting during haircuts!). The baylage looks amazing and I’m really pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be back for toner and to buy the shampoo/conditioners they advertised.
