Unfortunately Shelly didn’t know how to do balayage. Her senior tried to explain as she was doing it. I should have stopped her at this point. She admitted that she had only worked 8 weeks last year due to Covid so she was clearly out of practice. She was 30 minutes late to my appointment and ran over by 1 hour too. She also took off far more than I had asked for. My hair is now covered is blonde splodges. Not what a balayage is. She is nice, the cut and colour was not. I do not recommend at all
