The worst experience ever!! First of all I booked a Hollywood hot wax and the lady used strip wax, she went over the same spot about 5 times and 80% of the hair was still left, she didn’t know what she was doing and did not consider the pain she was putting me through. I tried to explain many times to her but she was rude and ignorant. I also booked a full face thread and she was so slow and painful, half the hair was still left on my face!! Worst place ever!! I do not recommend it!!
