This was a great treatment by a friendly and professional lady who took great care in what she was doing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Absolutely livid!
I show up the the store at 10.30 for my appointment. It is closed, the shutters are down. So I call the number..no answer. I call another nine times..no answer. At this point I have been waiting a HALF HOUR and the store is still closed! So I decide to walk back to the bus stop to head home. I try the number one last time (lucky number eleven) and finally someone answers and I explain the situation to her. She says she will call me back in five minutes. Two buses and fifteen minutes pass and she finally returns my call (i watched my bus drive by in hope that she would call saying she'd be in soon)..she says the person that was meant to be in had an emergency........ok? And there are no other employees? No one informed management? My biggest issue is that this is the SECOND time this had happened to me. The first time I waited twenty minutes and it was because the girl was just "running late" not knowing she had to open the store at least fifteen minutes before her first appointment (me). Please call before your appointment to make sure someone is actually THERE.
Thankfully, I was given a full refund by the manager as soon as I got off the phone. Every time I speak to a member of staff they are polite and respectable. And last time when I actually got my eyebrows done, they were done well. It may just be my bad luck, but I do not think I can return there.

As I was late, I thought my appointment would be cancelled. Not only was I attended quickly but I was made to feel welcome. The lady who looked after me was very friendly and professional and I am happy with my lashes treatment. I would recommend this venue to anyone who lives locally or not.

I enjoyed eyebrows threading and tinting of eyebrows and eyelashes, I'm very happy with the result. She recommended a good shape off eyebrows and was very accommodating for my wishes of the colour. I will go back again and would recommend others to do so as well!

Great staff, great job and great value! Highly recommended! She even came in on her day off just to do my appointment. Very blessed to have her!
