The staff were behind schedule which meant I had to wait, but once in the treatment was lovely. The room was warm and the bed heated.The pressure was good and she asked if I needed it adjusted.

I have been to Mermaid Island several times and it's always fantastic! Very friendly and professional staff, and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. They also very often have appointments on the day, so if you wake up feeling a bit rubbish it's definitely worth giving them a call and seeing if you can book a last minute pamper session.

The best reflexology I have had in Brighton. Both the staff members I met were lovely. Open late too which is good.

Having read other people's reviews of Mermaid Island, I was excited about my treatment there. The staff were thorough and the massage and facial were extremely good. My treatment was very good value and I would definitely recommend Mermaid Island to others.
