I don’t usually leave poor reviews but as a previous customer of mermaid I’m really disappointed in the experience. He was late showing up and was clearly unwell with a cold. The place was cold and it was an unpleasant experience.

Feliz is amazing best Hollywood I have ever had and I’ve been getting waxed for over 20 years. Painless and her technique gives a really clean finish and removes all the tiniest hairs. I have been coming to mermaid island for several years. Great to have the original management back. Would 110 pc recommend. Also get eyebrows shaped and tinted here.
