I had the H202 Hydra facial with Krasimir and I can not recommend it enough. Not only was my face super clean and tight after, the experience as a whole was so enjoyable. Perfect experience from start to finish and would highly recommend.

I hadn’t realised that Mermaid had changed management. It was obvious the minute I stepped through the door though. Gone are the friendly ladies at the front, and instead is an unsmiling older man who seemed annoyed I was there. No more music, instead just the sound of the builders next door. I didn’t feel comfortable during the eyelash tint (an easily claustrophobic experience when your eyes are glued shut) so I walked out half way. I won’t be back.

This salon has changed management. Apparently the “deluxe pedicure” now only includes a file & polish… Worth calling in to check what exactly each service means before booking.

Very friendly staff
Not many shades available for eyebrow tint (only brown or black) so wouldn't recommend for those with light hair
