Therapists very nice. Manicure done dry & no cuticle oil applied afterwards. Having cuticles scraped and pushed back whilst dry is unpleasant. Even for a manicure half price in town you get soak/ cuticle oil. Apparently you have to book the deluxe package for these basic things. lash lift/tint was very rough, rubbing it off with dry cotton wool left my skin sore and dry. lashes nice and dark but one side not lifted properly and were pointing sideways. Its also felt disorganised.

Great massage, Privilege did a great job of really drilling down into the knots in my upper back and was lovely and welcoming too. Would recommend!
