Absolutely fantastic business, was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door, offered a drink and shown to a relaxing seating area, Privilege was there in moments to welcome me and discuss the treatments that I was having, having not done this before I was not sure what to expect but she explained it all and was very reassuring, The building is very clean and the room for my massage was very relaxing to the point that I started to fall asleep. Would recommend to anyone.

Terrible service and rude staff. I booked in for a 45 minute treatment and it was only 24 mins. They said it was a mix up and and offered a refund. I was contacted later and was then told it was a partial refund and they refused to give me a full refund.I paid £44 for a 24 min head massage! Disgusting! The man on the phone issuing the refund was extremely rude and did not apologise at all simply made me feel bad for questioning their mistake. Trying to book in for the service was a nightmare too

I have emailed the salon about my awful experience. I won’t go into detail in this review, but a pedicure should not be painful and it should not cause the client to bleed. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back and if you’re thinking of going, I would want assurances that the staff have been retrained.
