This visit was a follow up of the last appointment that didn’t really leave me happy - the therapist had done a 40 minute message instead of an hour and I had put it in my feedback . The next day John contacted me and asked for details of my experience - he was super friendly and understanding of my situation. He offered a 30 min massage ( free of cost) and I chose privilege as my therapist ( I’ve good experience with her)
Is he spent 15 min more and I was happy to pay for that
