I have had waxes at this salon before with a brilliant member of staff so was confident I'd have a quick, pain-free and professional experience. Unfortunately with the member of staff I had on this occasion it could not have been more the opposite. They were not communicative throughout the treatment, they seemed inexperienced and really hurt me and when I asked to stop or change my mind on the extent of the wax I don't believe they could understand me sufficiently to provide adequate service.

Best wax I’ve had in a long time! Juliet knew how to make it as painless as possible. She fit in the half leg wax too and gave me a short leg massage which was fab!
