My 11 year old wanted her ears pierced and nagged me until I agreed. When it came to the piercing she got nervous. Privilege was so good calmed my daughter down and in the end she didn't feel a think. So friendly and caring and now got a very happy daughter with a pierced set of ears

Not many places do genuine couples massage . My husband I wanted a couples massage in the same room but we wanted different types of massage. I had a relaxing massage David wanted deep tissue. Both massages were brilliant. Super friendly staff. Lovely room and fair price. Can't wait for an excuse to go again

My facial was great I thoroughly enjoyed my H202 Hydra facial. I felt better and if I say so myself looked better afterwards. It was clear she was experienced and Confident and really knew what she was doing. Great place, clean , tidy and they have a lot of great equipment. I already want my next facial .

I found Oleg to be friendly attentive caring and very skillful the massage was quite simply the best that I have ever had. I felt great afterwards and his after care advice was great too. No alcohol and lots of water. I will go back

I have had waxes at this salon before with a brilliant member of staff so was confident I'd have a quick, pain-free and professional experience. Unfortunately with the member of staff I had on this occasion it could not have been more the opposite. They were not communicative throughout the treatment, they seemed inexperienced and really hurt me and when I asked to stop or change my mind on the extent of the wax I don't believe they could understand me sufficiently to provide adequate service.
