Everyone was friendly and underarm wax was super quick. But I was left with quite a few broken hairs on my legs, one outer thigh has been forgotten and I felt a bit of insecurity in the process. I was in there for a very long time and quite a lot of wax had been spilled on the floor. I thought it would came out better
