I’ve been coming to this place for years but this was a bad experience. I arrived on time but was asked to complete the form which took 15 mins. I then only had a 15 min massage despite paying for 30 min - this did harm as the therapist went deep too fast. I understand forms need to completed every 6 months however there were no changes since the previous time - I could have done the form after rather than lose 15 mins. I wanted a massage as I’m under lots of stress but this made things worse.

Donelle was excellent, really relaxing massage and very thorough. Room was clean and peaceful, but halfway through the massage I started to be able to hear weights dropping in the gym below.
