The staff is great and the masseuse was lovely, she really worked on my very bad back. But the room was a bit cold (not what you want when you strip down!), you could hear the fitness instructors yelling in the studio right next to the treatment room, and the blinds were not blackout, letting in a lot light, which made it a bit hard to relax.

Nice massage, but I am not very impressed. The space has feels clean and airy, but not very relaxing, more like a doctor's clinic. It is provably the building itself, it looks like out of a Jacques Tati film.

Really good treatment, the therapist was lovely and took time to understand what I wanted to get from the treatment. I definitely left feeling very relaxed.
The only thing that let it down a little was the room was quite cold and bright due to the large window. That wouldn't put me off going again though.
