The room was absolutely freezing, with just a blow heater on in the corner. I told the therapist and she put another towel on me but I was still shivering and dreading the next part of me being uncovered. The massage itself wasn’t great - it was described on the website as being performed on a special beanbag for pregnancy but I was just told to lie on my side on the normal bed. Added to this was construction work going on next door which was hardly relaxing. Therapist was nice enough but I wouldn’t go again, sorry.

I purchased the 1-hour Anti Blemish mattifying and calm facial. The therapist / beautician started the treatment late and ended early , so the actual treatment was about 45-50 minutes. Whilst the products smelled calming, it felt like the therapist was just slabbing products all over my face, some trickled into the eyes. Will not return as I do not think it’s value for money.

Therapist was lovely, facial felt nice during treatmenr but it was not explained what creams and lotions were being applied and why. Can't say I've noticed any difference from the facial either.
The treatment room had traffic noise and the relaxation music cd kept skipping every 10 seconds but was kept on... really annoying!
