The room was nice well heated and cosy. Good relaxing music. But I coul hear upbeat music from downstairs gym and that spoiled the experience, as it wasn't as relaxing unfortunately

No consultation to tailor the massage. room was freezing. Velnish broke contact repeatedly, no real technique with the massage just up and down. didn't ask if the pressure was good, I'm now in pain. no stones on my arm. Just bad. Sorry to say.
