Very good, really felt it was done well and would definitely go again, the advertisement said you can arrive 45 minutes prior to make use of the sauna and steam room but instead I arrived 45 minutes early and was just asked to sit and wait for my appointment which I didn't enjoy.

I booked a spa day package, but the place turned out be mainly a gym not a spa. The spa facility (steam room and sauna) was just a part of the gym, adjacent to changing room, so not much of 'spa' ambience. I was there for a half day but the juice bar had no food but only one type of protein cookies apart from juice and smoothies. However, the treatment room was very nice. Thoughtful and tasteful decor. The treatment stuff was very friendly and the treatments were very nice

Great staff, they made me feel really welcome. Incredibly relaxing treatment, definitely recommended. Only thing I would say is that you can sometimes hear noise from the gym downstairs which is a little distracting when trying to relax - but great other than that!
