The treatment and the staff were great. The only thing that I didn't really like is that the spa is a small room inside a gym and (of course) there was a pungent smell of sweat starting from the entrance desk, which is also a cafe, and it didn't make me want to stop for a drink.

Great staff, lovely place. I think the wax used was not great quality as didn't get the hairs out first time and was hard to wash off afterwards.
