I attended for this deep tissue massage as I had multiple knots in my back. I only had half an hour to spare so was concernee it may not be enough to make my back feel less tense. Disha was amazing and kept checking that the pressure was okay as some of the knots were quite tender. Would definitwly go to Disha again
