We had the Elemis spa day. I preferred the facial to the massage, which was a little rough at times. Overall, this was pretty good, however, we didn’t rate the rest of the facilities. The changing rooms and the steam room smelled very strong, kind of a damp smell, which I had noticed on a previous visit but thought it was just an off day…
It’s a shame really, as it wasn’t that enjoyable. Also, I much prefer when they use use essential oils in steam rooms.
