I had my first Biotec facial today with Rafiat.
It was a pleasant and relaxing experience. My face feels super clean and just really bright after the treatment. Also the facial massage is a nice touch. Rafiat was very friendly and knowledgeable with the treatment. Fantastic member of staff. Thanks again Rafiat

Massage was AMAZING! The only reason I gave 3 stars was because it was definitely not deep tissue, it was more of a relaxing massage, which was great though not deep tissue.

My experience was great. My therapist Sobika was incredible - definitely one of the best massages I've ever had - very thorough and relaxing and attentive to my needs. The only downside was that I could hear the music from the gym downstairs which ruined the atmosphere slightly as it was heavy exercise music. The massage experience was great though.
