I had my first Biotec facial today with Rafiat. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience. My face feels super clean and just really bright after the treatment. Also the facial massage is a nice touch. Rafiat was very friendly and knowledgeable with the treatment. Fantastic member of staff. Thanks again Rafiat
