I was not happy that I had to re do the health form again at the centre even
though I filled it in the morning & submitted online. As a result, I lost 20 minutes of my massage time. I tried to explain this to disa but to no avail. Very disappointed.
The Elixir massage I booked didn’t include the head massage!
