Went for express Spa, the actual massage and facial were great. But the sauna was schedule to be closed for cleaning between1-2pm (right after my appt) and the steam room was closed. I was disappointed as I wasn't able to use either facilities though it was included in the price. I was not told earlier about either of these being closed or I would have booked at another time/day.
