Very average. I think calling themselves a spa is an overreach. Glad I went there with a discount, too expensive at full price for the experience. Also felt short changed as the facial was for an hour but started 15Mins late and ended at 45mins

Firstly, really friendly staff at reception. Donelle was v sweet and made me comfortable, checking in with me on the massage pressure she was applying. She's v good at her job and I felt fantastic afterwards. I also enjoyed a short stint in the sauna/steam room, just to reset (Donnelle advised not for too long and maintain hydration which was a good reminder). Thoroughly recommend!
