Treatwell and Meridian fitness both have appalling customer service and should be avoided at all cost.
We had many issues at our couples spa package. Too many to list in 500 characters but lets just say it was the worst spa package imaginable.
We complained at the spa on the day and they were completely disinterested and told us to take it up with treatwell.
Then contacted treatwell who firstly said they would handle the complaint but have now said its not their problem.
