The massage was lovely. However, although I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, I didn’t get into the treatment room until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment and after getting ready, this meant that I was only given a massage for 45 minutes rather than the 60 minutes I had booked and paid for.

Bhav was great, she checked that the temperature & environment was ok for me & worked hard on a number of knotty areas, always checking that the level of pain was ok. Exactly what I was after in terms of deep tissue. My foot cramped (happens to me a lot) and she reacted super calmly and helped the cramp ease more quickly than normal. She gave me good after care advice and was very chilled and friendly. I will be back soon!
