Plus points - love the Elemis oil and hot towel.
Negative - Thought I booked another massage like deep tissue massage instead of the Sports massage on the day so I was ok with that massage did not work out my stubborn tension knots. But now I realised I did book a Sports massage, I'm a bit more disappointed with the massage.
Would recommend this for someone who is happy or prefers a lighter massage as the Elemis oil used is a nice treat for the skin and Asif is so friendly.

It was a nice massage, but quite a loud and not very relaxing environment, phone ringing and shouting outside the room. Also no arms/feet/head included in full body which I’ve never had missed out before.
