Steam room smelt of wet dog, changing rooms were unclean, masseuse was far too rough despite me telling her to go lighter. Was extremely painful - in a lot of pain the following day. Originally booked 30 min massage 30 min facial and was told I had to have 1 hour massage which I was quite disappointed about as I'm very insecure about my skin at the moment.
