I had an unpleasant massage. I endured discomfort throughout my massage and even pain at times. There was no gentle approach. I had to repeatedly ask for the pressure to be lighter the pressure they applied was very heavy. I found the customer service to be disappointing, I am unclear if my masseuse was Velnish as they never introduced themselves nor were they receptive when I informed them of my experience of the massage. I had a great massage here before but this has ruined that reputation.
