The atmosphere isn't great, you can hear the road and the clanking of people dropping weights below. I felt the therapist wasn't quite ready, as she had to keep going out the room to get things like towels, cups etc. and it made it feel rushed

My deep tissue massage was lovely, but the facial was super abrasive with my skin flaring up afterwards. I would not recommend the facial.
